Ernesto and Ernest.
A not accidental homonymy that one between the young founder of Prosecco Belvedere and the famous American writer and journalist. The name “Ernesto” has been around for three generations among the successor of that first Ernesto, who really met Hemingway on the Piave riverbank during the First World War.

Prosecco Doc Brut

  • Organoleptic notesA bright straw-yellow colour. Thin and lasting bubble. It reminds of flower fragrance with notes of apple, pear and citrus fruit. Having a fresh and strong pleasant flavour, it gives a smooth and creamy texture which lingers in the mouth.
  • Food MatchesPerfect with light first courses, white meat, fish. Excellent with “maltagliati” (a kind of pasta) with squid julienne. Suitable throughout the meal.

Prosecco Doc Extra Dry

  • Organoleptic notesA rich straw-yellow colour, elegant and thick bubbles. A delicate note of white pulp fruit, hay, vanilla butter and yeasts. To the palate is harmonious, moderately tannic taste, well balanced, fresh and dry.
  • Food MatchesA delightful aperitif served with battered vegetables, fried foods and cheeses; it also matches perfectly with cold pasta. Excellent pairing with raw fish such as oysters and prawns.

Prosecco Doc Rosè Extra Dry

  • Organoleptic notesLight and elegant pink, very fine and persistent perlage. Bouquet: notes of rose, berries and wild strawberries. On the palate: good structure, well balanced and savory, it is pleasant and harmonious.
  • Food MatchesAccompanies the entire meal and in particular matches superbly fish and shellfish. For a particular match, try it with the couscous of vegetable and shrimps.

The wines of Prosecco Belvedere are born in a land traditionally suited to viticulture, that one mainly flat between the provinces of Treviso and Venice. This agricultural landscape is embroidered by rows of vines and dotted by wine farms which goal is the achievement of high-quality standards. They have been contributed for years to the distinction of this area, that gave rise to Prosecco DOC: a denomination that became the distinctive product among Italian bubbles around the world.

This is the wine heritage of Prosecco Belvedere, managed in accordance with the principles of taking care of the agricultural landscape thanks to woods and bushes and the involvement of local communities. In this area you can find the authenticity of the Veneto region, based on a viticulture that respects the environment, nature and terroir. The properties are historically settled in this area and are the expression of it.

The family history represents the solid basis of the Prosecco Belvedere, but it’s the innovation that allows the Prosecco DOC to express himself in the best way. In the countryside but especially in the cellar, the modern technology marks the grapes manufacturing processing.
